Sometimes I think about the fact that during the FB arc, Kubo gave us this beautiful scene for Ichigo ——> Rukia

and later gave us also those beautiful panels for Rukia ——> Ichigo

And it’s just beautiful. How Kubo had Ichigo missing Rukia to the point where him longing for missing her affected his fullbring activation, and then also had Rukia getting so emotional over Ichigo being praised that her adoration/admiration/not sure what to qualify her feelings for him, shone through her face.

 Kubo even had the above reflected in their poems for that arc: 

Vol 49 poem: “I wonder if I can keep up with the speed of the world without you in it.” Ichigo-—> Rukia

Vol 54 poem: “If it can be said that it is the heart that is unchanging, then that is strength” Rukia —-> Ichigo

Kubo’s IchiRuki rule 101: everything she does for him, he does for her and vice versa. He thinks about her and it affects him? She’ll think about him and it will affect her too. I’ll make them do it.

Can we just appreciate how Kubo write Ichigo and Rukia and their platonic feelings? Can we just…
